No other way to put it, but that it was absolute magic finding and working with Taylor as our agent. I had been casually perusing listings for months, toying around with the idea of buying a house and trying to get a sense for what kind of homes were on the market right now. Not having made a decision yet, I suddenly came across a dream listing that was well within our budget. It had only been listed for a couple days since the listing went up, but it already was under pending. Just in case there was a way to slide in if the offer didn't go through, I wanted to see if we could tour the home. I filled out a general contact form for Zillow, and perhaps 15 minutes later Taylor reached out and suddenly we were on the hunt for a new home.The house that inspired us to start seriously looking was only the beginning. Within the following week, Taylor showed us several different properties and sent us a check-list of things to do to become offer-ready. We were in the area for our anniversary trip and Taylor really helped us make the best of it. I believe we saw somewhere between 6-8 different houses, but were both obsessively looking at loads of homes that we continued to text and back forth on. It was actually wildly fun!We found a dream listing that was fresh on the market - like, only a couple hours kinda fresh - and immediately fell in love. We sent it to Taylor and through some luck, she happened to schedule two different showings for us to see the home. The house was everything we wanted and more - so we decided to go for it. And Taylor helped us come up with a juicy offering. The offer wasn't accepted immediately and there was some weird back and forth, but Taylor guided us through like the champ that she is and it made all the difference because in the end they accepted! She was even an incredible asset throughout the inspection process. Like, literally couldn't imagine doing this without her.Overall, Taylor is knowledgeable about the various Kitsap Peninsula areas, she's so kind, so friendly, and continued to go over and beyond to make our dream house a reality. She even made sure to update us with the closing process, even when there were no updates, making us feel assured every step of the way.And when it was time for us to snag the keys, Taylor was so incredibly thoughtful and welcomed us into our new home with a plant cutie and these gorgeous cookies she decorated! We worked with Taylor over a number of weeks in 2021 and early 2022. We lived out of town and would come in to Port Orchard most weekends with a number of houses to see. Taylor was always so helpful and keen to assist us with the houses on our list. We would frequently receive house suggestions from her throughout the week.
